Denon media players on the left with Audio-Technica
radio mics on the right with an 'Arri' 24ch lighting desk in the middle

Soundcraft Powerstation 600 mixer on the left with Denon 2100f twin CD & Denon 2300R twin Mini-disc on the right.

Two Kam BD1 Pro turntables for the 45's, with just a few of the CD's in the background

About a third of the lighting rig, including two Solar 250 liquid wheels (1970's), Two 60w remote strobes (1969) some par 36's onto the mirror ball (1970's) plus a couple of genuine 1970's smoke machines. Oh and so are the rope lights and controller.

Finally, what it was all about, the music. 50 + Mini-discs, around 500 + CD's, some two and a half thousand + of 45's and around 400 + LP's. All together, about 15,000 + tracks, hence the need for the lap-top to keep track of them all.

All of the above played through 2500 watts of Peavey Black Widow PA system. With everything hampered by a seriously badly set sound limiter that switched the power off the stage when someone sang Happy Birthday too loudly.

Even with that cross to carry, all in all a great night.

If you missed it, tough, if you were there, a night to remember.

Debbie, I might moan about the work, but thanks for the excuse. The next one we do properly, large tent, large field, more people, more booze & more time for much, much, more, loud music, (if I can find it).
                                                                                               Love,    JR.
PS: Without my 'Lights' man, Tim Bomback, it could not have happened, thanks Tim.
